nighT safarI'dinner at the Satay Club, not really important but yummy ;P . said to be the first "Night Safari" in the world, this place really reminds me of Survivor... y'know, the tribal deco? it feels like the first time since i've been here; to view the creatures of the night.
P.S. celebrating Natsuki Takaya's birthday! 7/7

we headed to the amphitheatre for the last performance of the day, about 10+pm. the lady leading the show was Jeannie and super funny and nice...there was this thick ( probably artificial ) branch just above my head, and suddenly a Binturong creeped out of the shadows and, stalk-like, crouched low and moved to the centre of the branch. scary! other animals like the owl[killer] were cool too. prowling away into the night...
then we sat on the tram ride, along the Forest Giants trail and the Leopard trail. rhinos, hippos ( ooo sammy! there was this family of three all close together, sleeping! so cute! ) . i had actually wanted to see the tarsiers, gremlin look-alikes with enormous eyes and the baby crocs, they're green/yellow eyes staring hungrily, eyes locked with yours. heh.
AHHHHHHHHH! the safari gift shoppe! where i begged and got my wish... a black serpent tee... i lurve it! but i can't wear it in Mummy's presence... she almost screamed and dropped the shirt when she touched it. but almost never won a bucket of squid at gnommish roulette. and i fell in love with a cute, furry, MONKEY! yes, not an UNCLE! a MONKEY! but its $34.50, but i am so going to buy it anyway next time! yupps!
night... * yawns*
