thailanD missioN triP’

embarked on a mission trip, in Thailand! Zane, Tim+his family, Yaoshan, Mandy+her family and my family..lazy to write ‘em all=) so, first to Maemoh, then Chiangmai…finally spelled it right. anyway i went to Wittaya School, ( Secondary ) to help out, join in the fun and make some[note the underline and bold emphasis] adoring fans[again]…the Thais are really nice people, but they can be overboard sometimes with the autographing and following me around thing. and there was this little boy called Miu! so i told him i love his name=)

there is also the problem of a feminine guy named Kitty. or Hitty. whatever. point being, feminine is a nicer word for well…gay? he loves to dance, so drama. nice fellas dere, Das, Fa, etc.. will remember them…

the night market is pretty okay. and Tim bullied me. he’s a baddie meanie. he can join Yao Shan’s meanie me club.=) just joking…but my converse all star sneakers rocks and i have yet to think of a nicenicenice name ferr them.=P

okay, so anyway..well… COME TO CHIANGMAI NEXT TIME WITH ME OKAY =))

heyLO, i am feeling rather happy... but i miss youth camp! sorry for people who are attempting to read this and have no idea what i am rambling about. W3dnEsd@y! so..we picked Tim ( not Timmy Turner!-sadly ) up first, and ended up late..the committee got a real shock when i arrived with a luggage carrier and 2 bags. X.X lugged to the 4th storey..the theme for the camp is GROW,GLOW,GO. or something like that, they keep changing it!

after checking in, ( it sounds like a hotel! ) it was worship, then devotion and ice-breakers..getting to know hu and hu..Wei Ming, Ernie, Jose, Keefe, Tim, Amanda and Kelvin are super nice. and wu-ming rocks! lets say the cheer!

when free time came i just went 'round the church and read Buffy..looked at other people playing^^
dinner is catered food, and its pretty okay! teams take turns to serve food. worship, take turns too. the theme song is Trust His Heart, which is odd at first but you get the hang of it after a while. then D.I.S.C., which is a personality quiz! and, i am shocked to say, i turned out a perfectionist! which is VERY BAD! *flumps* supper..BATHED..the water is freakin' cold man! but if i could stay at camp ferrevverr i'd sacrifice warm hot showers..aww..lights out! can't sleep! freezing^^ so i smsed til' very late..=D olders reading this don't scold mi=0

ThUR$d@y! rise & shine zuo ti cao! i was e latest hehe. YaoShan led the exercises! see how serious now! XD he hung Alex's shoe on the flagpole while we did crunches and sang marikitaya^^ devotion, quiet time, breakfast!, worship then theme talk by Pastor Gin Seng ( not sure of name heh ) on the..theme..duh..then! travelled to Bukit Merah! to visit the Sarah Home, one of the poorest places in Singapore. we brought food packets and canned stuff to give the residents we had on our lists. most of them were polite, but didn't invite us in. the 3rd one talked for about 20 min while we stood there and chatted to her. there was this ol' lady too, we were hammering on her door for a long time. and then when they were walking away, i was the only one standing next to her door. and it suddenly opened and freaked me out..she said how come youths have lousy hearing, the poor soul was shouting "Deng! Deng!" because, she was...ahem...in the bathroom. doing big business. veri funny lollipops=)

Serangoon Central to shop for food items that we will be using.later..for the You can Cook! preparation. the judging!! i am proud to be Wu-Ming's secret weapon! and i unleashed upon them mi charm^^ jokin'. i presented a presentation about the simple Bread of Life, Fruit of the Spirit and the Garden of Eaten ( Eden ) and people clapped...i am sho touched...but i am NOT gonna put the lamo pic here! you want, you get from YaoShan or ask mi myself..and i will CONSIDER..muAhAhAHHA..which means a no.
anyway, we still got last but received recognition=)) thanx to Ernie, Jose, WeiMing and gang for briefing me beforehand! we rule!^^ 1st, Oreos..ahh..
we ate the food we prepared. and it was delicious, of course!^^ sandwiches were gone in less than a second. and we still got last. *pouts* anyway..yumm..plus pizza..and bee hoon..
worship, night activities..which were uber-fun! team games! of course, we good duh! supper..lights out..=( but, not that i slept. stayed up until 2+ with Handsem while listening to ipods..JW come and kachiau=) he scared her away with his jacket which he claimed was cockroach-infested^^ way to go! though she still stayed. it was funny..then Rache and others came to chase us back to sleep:'(

FrlD@y! again, workout.=.O devotion, etc. etc..QT, breakfast, worship, theme talk..super long eh=) but meaningful. discussion time..mi group is doing worship today!! mi drumming, after we ALL realised the keyboard thing was NEVER going to work out. my chords! they are hopeless!=D quiz and outdoor games. oh YES..the WATER BOMB GAMES! WOOT! our team were VS.ing Oreos. they got to go first. Kes lied to us! he said some of them were holding water bombs! it was actually all! =) guess who targeted me..and got me HIT...=.O i got back at him muahahHAH! whole team bombarded him^^ i didn't get to use our top-secret method though..hehe..OTHER GROUPS! IF YOU ARE LOOKING, I AM NOT TELLING YOU! WAAHAHA!!! next, monkey. we took home a lot of okay bombs! other team complain no fair=)) then, blindfold. i honestly suck at it. you should see YaoShan VS. Alex man. its like waaaaaaaay better than wrestling. last one, Jia Hua led with the attack parts 1&2. fun, but something..embarrassing..happened. oomph. dont wanna talk about it=) the FINAL BATTLE! everybody allied everybody..i tell you..water bombing is a BACKSTABBING game.. but very funn=)) dog and bone..we were initially aiming Hanthu. guess it was free for all=)
BBQ prep, then BBQ dinner. yum, but i didn't eat muchh..i went up to do the Barnabas thing. wrote many letters!

the Winter Dance..i sort of wished it was like a dance >.< and sort of wished it Wasn't. lollipops weirdd..the skit thang, then the awards ceremony! each team won something!

i watched the stars.. ( while drinking Coke! ) it felt beautiful...well.. there were some secrets involved. all in all, i rate it...a VERRRRYYY UUUBBER GOOOOD YOOUUTH CAAMMP!!!
