 Shu I Love Youthe prize fight I'm absolutely not referring to Caracal. Even if I wholeheartedly support their music. Wells, today was the National Poetry Slam Competition, and we had admittedly high expectations. Thanks tons to all the supporters, and those who contributed for the roses! Hearts and Hexes --->Leen --->Erina --->Mello --->Charmaine --->Baby V --->Nic Yue --->Francine --->Marie --->Yorkie --->Chaotah-Bunneh And the rest for coming along, especially seniors and other SNGSes(: Expressions of gratitude and roses Which hopefully won't wilt for long. Wow, Nationals at R.I., iiiiiiiiiiimpressive. We just hoped we'd be able to cut it.. Would wish to point out the interesting teams. ACS BARKER The Little Boy Who Does Dramatic Actions. Woohoos. Aaaaaaands PQC ; Point : [The absolutely hilarious and entertaining, FRUITTIE FRUITSY FRUITS!] Quote : "Peel banana, peel peel banana. Squeeze the orange, squeeze squeeze the orange. Expressions via facials ones rather than words.] BEDOK VIEW The cute angmoh looking guy who had quite a nice voice, and erh.. better than average looks? Lols. Was being partially stalked, hahas thanks Cheryl Cher for offering. And we kept cheering.. for him. Lmaos. RAFFLES INSTITUTION Their content for almost all of their poems were excellent, but they just had to put in a bit more actions which would work, haha. I'm not a judge but yeah. Hopefully it would just help in drama, lols what, B4. And, no RA-RA-RA-RA-RA FFLES ! Amazingly low tones SJI Lols I saw Tim supporting. Thanks for the smses afterward, they were encouraging. I guess we all feel differently. SJI wasn't mean, they did alright, just cuz the funny one didn't find that much favour in the eyes of the judges. Anyways, thanks for skipping your dinner and coming straight from your CCA; the pushups were killer, huh. Blondie, peace out. And yeahs, Tim, we have talent. PLMGSS I really think that the PLMGSS girls should show more sportsmanship, after all a win's a win, and there are many ways to interpret it. It could turn really sour, or the minor sadness evaporate cuz of the great experiences. Wish there wasn't so much badmouthing and friction;. CHIJ ST. NICKS We really pumped in all that we could, and as for the judges, to each his/her own. We just shouldn't rely on them to grade us, like a mark which would stick with us through. It was a real experience, which we cherished, and understood the importance of our friends, and our CCA - passion. There was a big misunderstanding before about the new team being accepted into the competition and taking the place of one of our teams from LD, so there was already friction.. thank God it was resolved.. I think this blow was hard for many of us. The higher we get, the harder we fall. And we're accepting and glad for them, that they have achieved a big deal and made all the difference for SNGS! I just wish Chantel, Hillary, Saacha and Aman Faith, to seriously consider the LD offer, and think through it reallyreally hard. Because it honestly matters a tribizillion. Congrats to the Strike 1,2,3! Eating Beauty! I.Am.Me. team for winning! Way to go x) It was for Truth, and LD. At peace, at peace with the world. It's just when I began to think about all those practices Of Shuqing breaking down Of the effort we put in Perfecting and trying again what we thought we just couldn't get We simply looked into ourselves, and got into the role. We believed we'd make a difference, something that'd matter cuz it's worth it. And I guess it was, in a way. All depends how you look at it.
