Gathering 25 JUNE @ SINGAPORE BOTANICAL GARDENS where there are trees and more trees and lots of fun bonding time! :D Hosts: Gregory Alva Ng, Marie Tan, Megan Pang Type: Meetings - Club/Group Meeting Date: Thursday, June 25, 2009 Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens Street: Near Orchard! Exact: 1 Cluny Road, Singapore 259569 City/Town: Singapore, Singapore Description: 10 AM - 1 PM PICNIC ON THE GRASS MEET AT 10 AM AT THE FLOWERY FANCY GATE RIGHT NEXT TO GLENEAGLES HOSPITAL ! PLEASE BRING ALONG your ez link card (to take the bus?), money (about 8 bucks maybe? for a possible movie afterwards) and SOME FOOD, just a little tupperware or picnic basket so everybody can share some food. Our rough idea of stuff to do will be: - Play Frisbee (Can Greg bring the Frisbee?) - Camwhore (Megan brings Camera) - Climb Trees (Um.. if you're not afraid of getting hurt and have insurance :D) - BOTTLE GAME (If there's flat ground available! PLEASE BRING YOUR WATERBOTTLES !!! :D:D:D) - Wild Hopping to Music (Think I'mma bring a music player :D) - Eat (We'll be (not) environmentally friendly for once ): and I'll bring plastic cutlery, cups and paper plates for everyone. Food's every person's responsibility kay!) - Talk (Reminisce about CAP ♥) Other Technicalities: - Buses 66, 151, 153, 154, 67, 171 go to the Botanic Gardens. - For food, you're not restricted actually though NO to fried ants and cockroaches which is a delicacy in some countries, please :D maybe finger food, a bag of chips or a 1.5 litre bottle of drink will do. SMS your councillors as to what food you're bringing (Sorry for the trouble Gee and Mm) so that we have a bit of all kinds :D - DO ARRIVE PUNCTUALLY AT 10 AM ! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! You may arrange among yourselves to go in groups so that y'all can take the bus or MRT together and remind each other not to be late haha. Touch wood if I myself can't wake up :D - For the movie, we were thinking Night At The Museum 2 cause 1) It's PG! 2) It's Nice! Okay maybe some of you have watched it before, so we can discuss it on that day if you guys DO feel like watching one after the picnic. It's perfectly optional to go for the movie :) but do try to go for the outing so we won't lose our bond :) SEE YOU THERE!
